About the FLYStart Program
FLYStart is an initial 12-month placement focussed on Identity Security. It aims to empower First Nations individuals rising in cyber and expand their skillset as well as inform, inspire and encourage participation in the Identity Security industry.
We will provide you with:
• Real world experience working in a hands-on cybersecurity role
• Placement with one of our key clients, high profile based in SA OR working on key Identity Security Projects with our clients
• Be mentored and trained and fast track your cybersecurity career
• Learn from some of the best in the industry
• This is a paid role with opportunity to grow.

About You
You will have a tenacious work ethic and a passion for problem solving.
You will have the desire to develop technical chops. A willingness to learn new technologies is what we are after.
You will need to take the initiative and work comfortably without supervision and be a team player.
You will be expected to find problems and then create solutions. If you get stuck, you will need to have the nous to ask for help, communicate and team problem solve, communication is key.
We want someone proactive and professional who will also fit culturally with our team.
