Shawn helps organisations transition from complex, fragmented legacy environments to unified, well-governed security operating models; bridging core Identity & Access Management (IAM) with broader commercial cyber strategy.

An experienced CISO and former practice leader at Accenture across Australia and New Zealand, Shawn has directed major security transformation programs for the region’s largest public and private institutions.

His strategic frameworks have been adopted globally to streamline regulatory compliance and enhance operational resilience.

‍

A strong advocate for leveraging emerging technologies, Shawn has a deep and technical knowledge of AI and applies agentic AI methodologies to industrialise cyber strategy, operations, and engineering, drastically reducing the time and cost of enterprise digital transformation without compromising zero-trust principles.

He holds a Bachelor of Information Technology, is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and a Certified Chief Information Security Officer (CCISO).

Outside of work, Shawn is a dedicated husband and father who enjoys cycling, playing football, and spending time immersed in nature.
