
Richard brings 25+ years of enterprise technology sales experience to Identifly, with deep expertise across IAM, PAM, Identity Governance, and Managed Identity Services.
He’s spent his career building trusted relationships with Australia’s largest public sector and enterprise organisations, consistently delivering results well above customer expectations.
As Head of Sales at Identifly, Richard leads the company’s go-to-market efforts nationally. He brings an established network of CISO and executive-level relationships across the country, deep fluency in the identity security buying process, and a proven ability to position complex identity solutions against real business outcomes.
Before joining Identifly, Richard served as Principal Account Executive – Identity Security at CyberArk, managing some of Queensland’s most significant accounts across the the public sector, utilities, health, education, and critical infrastructure sectors.
Richard’s background spans the Identifly partner ecosystem directly, including CyberArk, Okta, SailPoint, and Microsoft – giving him immediate familiarity with the solutions Identifly designs, deploys, integrates, and manages for customers.
Beyond the sales motion, Richard brings a genuine understanding of what it takes to deliver successful identity programmes – from navigating complex stakeholder environments and procurement processes, to ensuring the right technical foundations are in place for long-term programme success.
