His core expertise spans Ping Advanced Identity Cloud, ForgeRock, Microsoft Entra ID, and Oracle IDCS, with a strong background in AD-to-cloud migrations, SSO (SAML/OIDC), MFA, and password migration strategies.

Arshad has delivered large-scale cloud identity migrations, designed advanced authentication journeys and MFA flows for major enterprise CIAM platforms, and built automation pipelines to migrate millions of users at scale.

He brings strong coding capability across Java/Spring Boot and Python, with additional exposure to CI/CD pipelines and AWS infrastructure.

He's equally comfortable in the architecture and the code, which makes him a genuine end-to-end contributor on complex IAM engagements.
